Unwanted, unsuitable or faulty goods can be returned to by the customer or recipient.

Unwanted / Unsuitable Goods – Your Rights To Cancel An Order

Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 10 days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to recieve a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked upon return. This code should then be included with the returned item. We recommend you return your item using a delivery company with a tracking service to be absolutely ensure the items arrive back to our returns section.

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), perishable goods or customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised items) may not be returned. We are unable to exchange/refund some items such as earrings, grooming products, underwear, swimwear, bath products, pillows due to hygiene and safety reasons.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
