General Terms & Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions for the use of this website and the purchase of products from Beehive Studio SP (hereinafter referred to as Goodies). Use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. The Company does retain the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates
We accept payment online by VISA, Laser VISA MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Stripe. You may also pay ‘offline’ by Bank Transfer. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Goodies until payment is received in full.
We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the product being sold. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product’s appearance in the photograph and the item delivered due to manufacturing changes beyond our control.
If an item is out of stock, the sender will be notified as soon as possible and will be given a full refund.
Your order is processed by Goodies within 2-5 days of being received. Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges except where indicated. We employ third-party courier services to deliver your Goodies. Specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days.
For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, Goodies is cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.
All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient’s telephone number. Where address disputes arise, addresses are verified against An Post’s address correction service (http://correctaddress.anpost.ie/pages/Search.aspx). The Company cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient’s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.
It is the customer’s duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the gift, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick up from the local depot or agree to an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to Goodies and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing i.e. perishables.
Disclosure of Sender
Goodies may provide the recipient with the contact details of the sender (name, address & telephone). In the event the sender wishes to remain anonymous and requests the same, Goodies may remove this information from the parcel however in all cases will divulge the sender’s contact details should the recipient request such information. This is to avoid nuisance correspondence and allows the recipient to decide whether they wish to keep the order.
Returns & Refunds
This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept returns on
- Goods that are personalised or custom-made
- Items that have been unsealed or which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been worn or used
- Perishable goods such as food
- Stickers or vinyl decals
- Items that cannot be resold
Use of any materials on this website is reserved and may not be used elsewhere in any form without the express written permission of Goodies.
The customer agrees to allow Goodies to place a small credit on printed material exhibition displays, advertisements and/or a link to Goodies own website on the customer’s website. This will usually be in the form of a small logo or line of text placed towards the bottom of the page. The customer also agrees to allow Goodies to place websites and other designs, along with a link to the client’s site on Goodies’ own website for demonstration purposes and to use any designs in its own publicity and portfolios.
Any design, copywriting, drawing, idea or code created for the customer by Goodies, or any of its contractors, is licensed for use by the client on a one-time-only basis and may not be modified, re-used, or re-distributed in any way or form without the express written consent of Goodies and any of its relevant sub-contractors.
All design work – where there is a risk that another party make a claim, should be registered by the client with the appropriate authorities prior to publishing or first use or searches and legal advice sought as to its use.
Goodies will not be held responsible for any and all damages resulting from such claims.
Goodies is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss, non-delivery of products or services, of whatever cause. The customer agrees not to hold Goodies responsible for any such loss or damage.
Any claim against Goodies shall be limited to the relevant fee(s) paid by the customer.
Rights of Refusal
Goodies will not include in its designs, any text, images or other data which it deems to be immoral, offensive, obscene or illegal. All advertising material must conform to all standards laid down by all relevant advertising standards authorities. Goodies also reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving a reason. In the situation where any images and/or data that Goodies does include in all good faith, and subsequently discovers is in contravention to such Terms and Conditions, the customer is obliged to allow Goodies to remove the contravention without hindrance, or penalty. Goodies is to be held in no way responsible for any such data being included.
Cancellation of orders may be made initially by e-mail, however, following this, Goodies will need formal notification in writing to the company’s postal address. The client will then be invoiced for all work completed over and above the non-refundable deposit that will have been made at the time of first ordering. The balance of monies due must be paid within 30 days. Please note: any cancellation which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by Goodies within 7 days of such instruction being issued, will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project.
Goodies make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, for any and all products and/or services that it supplies. Goodies will not be held responsible for any and all damages resulting from products and/or services it supplies. Goodies is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss of data, or non-delivery of products or services, of whatever cause. While we take reasonable steps to investigate the materials we recommend, we accept no responsibility for the performance or quality of materials or any consequential loss arising from their failure. The customer agrees not to hold Goodies responsible for any such loss or damage. Any claim against Goodies shall be limited to the relevant fee(s) paid by the customer.
Goodies reserves the right to use the services of sub-contractors, agents and suppliers and any work, content, services and usage is bound by their Terms and Conditions. Goodies will not knowingly perform any actions to contravene these and the client also agrees to be so bound.
Goodies and its clients agree to comply with Printers Terms and Conditions which include disclaimers for non-completion on time and the flexibility to supply quantities within 10% of the total ordered.
Goodies recommend that if an exact quantity is required, then 10% extra is added to the quantity and extra time made available should the job be delayed.
These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous Terms and Conditions distributed in any form. Goodies reserve the right to change any rates and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
These conditions, and all acts of The Company, its Directors and Employees, shall be governed and construed in every way in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.
